Buxmead

Tribe Furniture was appointed to design and deliver fully furnished and dressed, luxury apartments within the Buxmead estate for a high-end residential developer. The historic house is situated on one of the most luxurious streets in London and boasts plenty of original features such as timber frames and magnificent stained glass windows.  

This being the companies first major residential project meant that it was an iconic venture for Tribe.  The brief was to create a classic homely yet neutral feel which could be adapted to suit all tastes and so the team came up with a design that would stand the test of time whilst captivating the look and feel that the client desired. Elegant materials and textures were chosen such as marble, velvets and wood to align with the opulent settings.

With a quick turnaround time to adhere too, it was key for the team to work closely with suppliers. Tribe collaborated with Marelli, Gubi, OB&B, Roger Lewis, Boss, Knoll and Clerkenwell Rug studio.

The result is a stunning set of high-end 3-4 bed apartments with 70% already let out prior to the project finishing.
