• Mark Hobbs
    Director

    With over 10 years of experience in the industry Mark has worked with a large variety of clients through different industries in the UK and Europe. Creativity is at the core of his approach, he can advise and specify based on taking detailed client briefs while always striving to help companies reach their goals.

    Throughout his career he has had exposure to nearly every discipline of the procurement process and leans on this experience to manage the selection, procurement and delivery. Being with Tribe since its inception in 2016, he believes quality of service and passion for design turns the dial when working with a varied client base.

    Outside of work he enjoys taking part in several sports such as running, climbing and gym training. His focus primarily being Brazilian Jiu Jitsu which he has studied for 9 years which he believes gives him further capacity for overcoming challenges, problem solving and maintaining a calm measured approach. Travelling, discovering new music and food also ranks pretty high on his priority list!

  • Andreia Araujo
    Project Director

    Andreia has over 5 years of experience working as an Account Manager within the contract furniture industry. She has worked with a number of corporate clients from the financial, media and property sectors. She has extensive knowledge of the furniture solutions available and prides herself on being able to select the correct products to exceed client expectations in terms of design and price.

    Outside of the office she is passionate about travelling, loves Scandinavian and Japanese design and can regularly be found at restaurants, the cinema or enjoying her pilates and barre classes.

  • Sam Bath
    Project Director

    Possessing 10+ years experience in the commercial interiors industry Sam has worked with a large variety of clients over multiple sectors. With the client journey being his works ‘raison d’etre’ he prides himself on being able to offer a full circle solution having worked on both the front and back end of projects. Sam is passionate about the environment and innovation, approaching each project with style, substance and sustainability in mind.

    Outside of work Sam can be found trying to answer the age-old question of where truly serves the best Guinness outside of Dublin. He also has penchant for food, film and walking his Frug Remy

  • Vinaya Tubagere
    Project Manager

    With a Masters degree and over 4 years’ experience within architecture, India born and Sydney raised Project Manager Vinaya moved into design and project management after her time with Australia’s leading developers, Meriton. Identifying that her strength and passion sat within interiors and project coordination, Vinaya moved to the UK to gain experience on an international scale and brings with her a wealth of knowledge and passion.

    When she isn’t in the office, you’ll find her travelling Europe and finding new places to eat and drink with friends.

  • Anya Hartgroves
    Project Manager

    Anya has been in the furniture industry for 7 years with experience with both manufacturers and dealers. From joining in 2019 up until today, Anya has developed a great understanding of the detail that goes into a project from the initial meeting right the way through to the end result (which usually looks something like a shiny new workplace for our clients!). In Anya’s current role as Project Manager her attention to detail is second to none, and the sense of pure enjoyment and satisfaction from completing a project is yet to fade.

    In her spare time Anya can be found in the gym, out for a run or in the pub – finding the right balance is always key.

     

  • Finty Donovan
    Project Consultant

    Our furniture consultant Finty seamlessly bridges the gap between procurement and delivery working with clients from start to finish of their process. Priding herself in being a hard working member of the team, Finty is fantastic at all aspects of the furniture industry and is no stranger to having to adapt to tight deadlines. She always ensures clients get the best experience throughout and constantly delivers to a high standard, specialising in the high end interior industry.

     

  • Saskia Watson
    Project Consultant

    Our Furniture Consultant Saskia joined Tribe fresh out of uni, after studying politics and sociology in Newcastle. Although not a design led degree, it gave Saskia invaluable experience to build relationships with clients and added confidence when pitching.

    Having this ability to build instant relationships with clients allows us to gain wider knowledge of them and their personalities, as well as their likes and dislikes at an early stage in the process to kick off projects in the best possible way.

    Currently specialising in Landlord based work, specifically Cat A+ plug and play schemes, Saskia has mastered the ability to hit tight deadlines and use her relationship building skills with clients to ensure a smooth and successful delivery every-time.

    Outside of work you’ll find Saskia around her home of Balham, visiting the V&A or discovering new food markets and pubs across London.

     

  • Charlotte Ruddock
    Project Manager

    Being a self-confessed people person, Project Manager Charlotte has an honest and upfront approach with clients and she handles projects with precision and care.

    With a varied and valuable background, she is naturally inquisitive and her love for interiors and furniture means her attention to detail when finishing and handing over a project always results in success.

    Outside of work, you’ll find Charlotte at her home in Kent, enjoying bottomless brunch with friends or tackling a DIY project of her own at home.

  • Katie Burroughs
    Project Coordinator

    With an art and culture background, Katie’s love for interior design started at an early age and blossomed during her time working within the high end fabrics and wallpaper design industry. Her keen eye and attention to detail adds great value to projects and her ability to build relationships and trust with clients makes the whole process smooth and successful.

    Outside of the Tribe team, Katie loves photography and painting, as well as strolling new areas of London and spending lots of time in her hometown of Brighton which still has her heart.

    Project Manager

    Meet Przemek, a passionate furniture expert with over a decade of experience in the industry. His journey began in 2013 and since then he has explored different areas of the industry. Through hard work and dedication, he quickly transitioned into the delivery team and gained valuable insights into the logistics of furniture projects.

    Today, Przemek serves as a Project Manager for Tribe, utilising his broad range of skills to bring his clients’ furniture dreams to life. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the industry, he works tirelessly to ensure that every project is completed to the highest standard.

    In his free time, you can find Przemek out and about on his trusty bicycle, enjoying the thrill of the ride and exploring new places.

  • Rhiannon Rouch
    Project Coordinator

    Rhiannon’s passion for furniture originated from her background in interior architecture. Being design led enables her to push the boundaries with finishes and textures to compliment the building and its surroundings. Taking her time to understand clients needs and her highly efficient way of working allows her to work seamlessly within the Tribe team.

    When Rhiannon is not at work, you’ll find her on the hunt for the best pasta spots in London!
