The Thirdway Trust

The Thirdway Trust was set up in 2018 in a bid to help tackle poverty at home and overseas. A good education is a child’s best chance of escaping poverty in the developing world. We offer (and encourage!) our clients to ‘twin’ their office furniture, which in turn funds the furnishing of a classroom, or even a whole school, in Ghana. In Ghanaian schools, It’s not uncommon to see chairs and tables for only 50% of the class and often two children sharing one seat or sat on dusty, concrete floors. The provision of new and adequate furniture transforms the teachers’ ability to deliver engaging and effective education to children, massively increasing the potential of their future.
